There is a delivery charge of £6.99 per order for small items such as taps and basins to mainland UK, so you can order as many small items as you want in the same order and the total cost of delivery is still £6.99. These items are typically delivered within 1-3 working days.

Large items - 2 man delivery

Larger items like baths and shower enclosures are just £19.99 per order and the same rule applies - you can order as many small or large items in the same order to mainland UK and the delivery is still £19.99. These large items are typically delivered within 2-10 working days.

All large items are delivered by a two man team who will unload the goods for you to a ground floor property. As we are not insured whilst on your property we regret that they cannot deliver to upstairs rooms.

You will be emailed once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, detailing the transport company's name and contact details. The transport company will be in contact with you to make delivery arrangements.

We are proud of the reputation we have for the high quality and timely delivery service we provide. On occasion we may be able to pre-book a delivery date for you, however, please note that all delivery dates given are always provisional. We must stress even with a confirmed delivery date, you are strongly advised not to pre-book contractors, or engage in any preparatory work until such time as you have all your goods and are happy that they are correct as ordered and damage free.
