There is a delivery charge of £4.99 per order for brassware (taps) and basins (typically 2-3 days delivery), which goes up to just £14.99 per order if any other items are included in your order (typically 5-10 days delivery).
Orders over the value of £1,250 will receive
free delivery. We can quote for express delivery
on application.
Deliveries are made within 10 working days of receipt of payment but are usually much quicker (2-5 days). Some distant areas of the UK may require slightly longer. You can collect from our Leighton Buzzard warehouse Monday-Friday. You will be e-mailed once the items have been dispatched from our warehouse with a delivery date but you may contact the transport company to select from alternative dates they can offer you. We offer an express delivery service which, depending on your distance from our Leighton Buzzard warehouse, can deliver within 24 to 72 hours. Please contact us for quote and a firm delivery time.
We are proud of the reputation we have for the
high quality and timely delivery service we provide.
However, please note that all delivery dates given
are always provisional. We must stress even with
a confirmed delivery date, you are strongly advised
not to pre-book contractors, or engage in any
preparatory work until such time as you have all
your goods and are happy that they are correct
as ordered and damage free.
You may save on delivery charges and collect your
goods from our warehouse in Dunstable near Luton.
We will need 24 hours to ready your goods for
collection.
Please note restrictions apply to the extremities
of Scotland. If you are in postcodes DG, KA, PA,
KW and IV you should contact us before placing
the order to get a quote for delivery. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland or any islands off the UK.
In order that we can offer as competitive rate
for deliveries as possible, our vehicles are manned
by only one person. The driver will unload the
goods for you, however we will need you to provide
suitable help in the unloading of heavy or bulky
items. If you are unable to do this, we can provide
a second person at an additional charge but must
be contacted in advance for a quote. Please note,
if you have not informed us in advance and you
are unable to provide assistance for heavy or
bulky items we will need to redeliver at another
time and you will be required to pay an additional
delivery charge.
The driver will happily unload to a ground floor
room. As we are not insured whilst on your property
we regret he cannot deliver to upstairs rooms.
The driver will wait while you check the major
components i.e. the bath, ceramics, etc. There
is no need at the point of delivery to check robust
items such as taps, seats, robustly packaged shower
doors and cubicles. We generally allow 48 hours
for notification of any issues on these items.
