The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions
on our website. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of
these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy
for future use. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you
to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
1. Description of Goods
As all the products that we sell are of a technical nature it is not
practical to publish a detailed specifications of all the products. All
images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our
website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description
of the goods. All specifications given to the Customer are approximate
and intended as a guide only. We do not accept responsibility for any
preparation work based on such specifications.
2. Accuracy of Product Information
All product specifications, images and other information published on
our website have either been made accessible by suppliers,
manufacturer's, publications, publicists, or been gathered from
public-domain sources. Our intention is that all information on the
website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, we
cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information
contained within its pages. Any action taken by the user of this
website remain the responsibility of the individual.
3. Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time
when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed.
We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any
increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or
duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the
goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will
inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel
the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive
of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of
placing your order, unless stated otherwise.
4. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to
typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers,
taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been
confirmed.
5. Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be
withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we
will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid
for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for
any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
6. Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard
and Switch. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing
address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit
card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay
in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once
authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.
7. Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be
withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we
will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid
for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for
any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
8. Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges unless
otherwise stated, which will be added to the price of the products at
our checkout. Please see our delivery page for further information
9. Acceptance of delivery
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be
responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the
order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of
receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall
be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or
incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note
at the time of delivery.
Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you
must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will
be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.
Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct
number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note.
Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your
responsibility to notify us within 7 days from delivery.
Incorrect Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of
any in-correct goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.
10. Product Guarantees
All products supplied are guaranteed for a period of 12 months. This
guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect,
misuse or faults that can not be confirmed have not been caused by
incorrect installation. In addition routine maintenance,if needed, is
not covered. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may
have.
11.Terms of Guarantee your satisfaction with our products
If you are not completely satisfied with our products you can return
them for a complete refund using our subsidised returns collection
service. You must do this within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Alternatively, subject to your order details, you may request to keep
the goods and receive a discount compensation certificate of £50.
12. Terms of Guarantee your satisfaction with our service
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service you
receive from us we will offer you a no quibble £50 discount
compensation certificate.
13. Terms of Guarantee the highest quality
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our
products, we will offer you a refund or a no quibble £50 discount
compensation certificate.
14. Terms of Subsidised returns collection service We
will collect the goods from you for a fee or you can return the goods
to us yourself. Please refer to the following document for
more information (Returns
Policy)
. We aim to
collect the goods within 21 days of being informed of your intension to
return the goods.
15.Discount compensation certificate
To receive a discount compensation certificate you must inform us in
writing (e-mail not accepted) of your order details and the reason you
are not completely satisfied with our service or product. You must do
this within 7 days of receipt of the goods. As part of our continuous
improvement and development, your feedback will be reviewed by the
Managing Director and he will inform you of the steps we intend to take
to ensure such issues do not occur in the future.
We will issue you with the discount compensation certificate
which can be used against future orders. This offer is subject to an
initial order value of £750 and the certificate may only be used in an
order with value exceeding £750. This offer may not be utilised in
conjunction with our subsidised returns collection service. This
certificate may not be used in conjunction with any other discount
certificate. The discount compensation certificate can not be exchanged
for cash. We reserve the right to retract this offer at any time.
16.Lowest price
We guarantee that we offer the lowest price. We guarantee if you find
the same product at a lower price, we will match that price and offer a
further 5% off. This offer can be redeemed before placing the order or
within 5 days after placing the order. If you find a product that is
very similar to a product offered by us, we will offer the same terms.
The definition of 'very similar' will be decided solely at our
discretion. We will require you to provide information so that we can
verify the validity of the other offer. Typically we will only request
that you provide the company name, telephone number, website (if they
have one) and their product details. However, we reserve the right to
ask you to provide more information (such as a copy of marketing
material containing their offer).
17.Returns It
is your responsibility to return
purchases in pristine condition, including the packaging. Please refer
to the following document for our return procedure (Returns Policy). We will only accept return items for up to 30 days after receipt
of the goods.
18. Missing or damaged items We
use a
specialist delivery company to ensure the liklihood of damages are
minimised, however, accidents can occassionally happen and items can be
damaged or misplaced. You are advised to not make any firm plans for
the hiring or tradesmen or other actions which may incur costs until
you have recieved and checked all your goods. We can not be held
responsible, and can not make compensation, for any costs incurred by
damaged or missing items.
19.Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any
time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We
may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to
anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you
or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this
website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing
any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a
transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing
has begun.
To be
eligible to purchase products on this Website and
lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under English
law you must:

by providing your real name, phone number,
e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
- Be
over 18 years of age
- Stipulate
a delivery address in the United Kingdom. Please
note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not
acceptable
- Possess
a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank
acceptable to us
- By
making an offer to buy a product, you specifically
authorise us to transmit information (including any updated
information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from
time to time, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card
number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate
your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to
authorise individual purchase transactions.
