How long does delivery take?
Deliveries are made in 5-10 days of receipt of order but some distant areas of the UK may require slightly longer. You will be contacted a few days prior to delivery to confirm a mutually convenient delivery day. At this point you may agree a morning or afternoon delivery. We offer an express delivery service which, depending on your distance from our Leighton Buzzard warehouse, can deliver within 24 to 72 hours. Please contact us for quote and a firm delivery time.
Can I collect?
You may save on delivery charges and collect your goods from our warehouse in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, (approx. half way between Luton and Milton Keynes). We will need 24 hours to ready your goods for collection.
Will you unload?
All large items are delivered by a two man team who will unload the goods for you to a ground floor property. As we are not insured whilst on your property we regret that they cannot deliver to upstairs rooms.
Do you have the items in stock?
95% of our products are held in stock. Except in exceptional circumstances, We guarantee delivery in approximately 10 days for everything on our website.
