"i feel like i,ve been robbed of £300!can't believe the return policy is only a week!we rang bathroom evolution 3 weeks later to see if could get money back for a toilet,this toilet is only good for if soil pipe is going through wall and ours is not.don't feel it was explained properly when ordered it! customer service just keep going on about this 7 day policy and trading standards!we have asked to speak to a manager and there to busy to talk!we are first time buyers and can't aford to throw £300 away.we have spent a lot more with bathroom evolution with ordering other thing. its not as we wanted to return everything!!!!we even had to wait weeks for some of the stuff to come in stock!so i don't feel like we been treated very fair with how long we had to wait for the stock to come in and how much money we have spent,just feels like when they have got our money and are not bothered.customer service is shocking

Unfortunately the customer made an error by ordering the wrong product but waited too long to request to return the item. The photos and the diagram on the website clearly show the waste pipe coming straight from the toilet, not curved down or to one side. The customer stated that the toilet cost £300.00 but in reality the price was £184.10.
When the purchase was made, we did e-mail the customer a link to our terms and conditions, which are very transparent and explains the product return procedure, which conforms to the current distance selling laws to which we adhere. "
